MANGALAM HEALTHY LIVING CAMP
On 30th March 2024, the Women’s Wing (WW) successfully organised Mangalam Healthy Living. Camp (MHLC) at The Pure Life Society Multipurpose Hall from 10am to 3pm. WW had the honour of having Dr Dyanan Puvanandran, Secretary to Traditional & Complementary Medicine (T&CM) from the Ministry of Health (MOH) as the Guest of Honor. PLS President, Dato’ Ambiga also graciously accepted our invitation and came for the camp. WW was delighted to have her the whole day with us going to the different booths to experience the different types of therapy.

The word Guru has somewhat created a misunderstanding in the International circles today, and this is indeed a very sad thing. Let us analyse the word Guru, ‘Gu’ is darkness and ‘ru’ is to remove the darkness which enshrouds the mind. One who is capable of removing the darkness of our mind and soul (or “rending of the veil” as it is described in Christian theology) is a Guru.
