Global Humanitarian Award
The Vice-President of the Pure Life Society, YBhg Datin Poonam Kukreja, received the Global Humanitarian Award 2020 – Excellence in Charity – Outstanding Big Hearts Award from World Humanitarian Drive in UK, on behalf of the Pure Life Society on 13th September 2022. The award ceremony and discussions with over 40 countries took place between the 13th to 15th September 2022 in London. The Pure Life Society was represented by our Vice-President, YBhg Datin Poonam Kukreja and Mrs Parvathy Raman @ Mrs Ananthan, Chairperson of the Home & Welfare Sub-committee.
The Prestigious BRANDLAUREATE Award
The Pure Life Society was selected for the Prestigious BRANDLAUREATE Award. It was a testament to our brand’s success and a great source of inspiration to the management and staff for the untiring efforts in building the brand. The award function was held at Majestic Hotel, K.L on 20th December 2018. Datin Paduka (Dr) Mother Mangalam, our President received the award. We received it as recognition for the branding as a Community Orphanage.
Doctorate Award
Vaalthukal Congratulations Amma. A well deserved recognition for the iron lady. She has contribute so much to the community & uplift those unfortunate children.
The Management Committee, Administration Staff and Children of the Pure Life Society is proud to inform you that YBhg Datin (Dr) Paduka Mother A. Mangalam was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate In Humanities by the Taylor’s University on the 6th of October 2018. We share the happiness and honour that has been bestowed on dear Mother. We wish her good health to continue with her work for the up-liftment of humanity and all beings.
The Gandhi Trust Award
The Gandhi Memorial Trust is to present a special award to the Life President of The Pure Life Society, Datin (Dr) Paduka Mother A. Mangalam, for her immense contribution towards public service for more than 60 years.
GMT chairman S. Radhakrishnan said the award would be presented to Mangalam, 88, in conjunction with the United Nations international day of non-violence at an event to be held at the Royal Lake Club here on Thursday.
Merdeka Awards
For outstanding contribution in promoting the welfare of the underprivileged and for fostering national unity.
She provided a place of hope, refuge and development for destitute children facing the daunting challenges of life.
